Origionally for sale only to members of the Krewe and their families, never offered for sale to the public. History of Tampaa's famous Gasparilla pirate festival held annually and now quite rowdy (I'm guessing it always was! ). Limited edition with designated place for future Royal Court signatures. Two very small brown spots on outside edges only flaw I can find. The copy looks like it has been in a box, unhandled and unread for these many years.
